Use your bottle stopper with any beverage at any time to keep it fresh.

After your hands-on studio time, kick back and talk with the brewer, enjoy the beers, relax on the patio with some snacks, wander the gallery, and watch live glassblowing demonstrations throughout the evening. If you register for a later glassmaking slot, we suggest arriving early to enjoy all this event has to offer.

In about 20 minutes or less, you’ll work together to heat, shape, color, and craft your glass item. Perfect for beginners, these short experiences give a taste of the excitement, skill, and artistry that goes into working with glass in a supportive, guided setting.

Due to the nature of hot glass, items cannot be taken home the same day they are created. All items made in the flame shop must go through an annealing process to slowly cool the glass. Items are available for pick-up after 5 days. Shipping can be arranged on site the day of your activity.

This is one experience where you can make it and take-it home on the same day.

Bring your garden to life with a vibrant stained glass mushroom. In this introductory workshop, you’ll explore the fundamentals of stained glass. Under the guidance of a skilled instructor, you’ll learn to cut, wrap, and solder glass from a pattern into a fun and funky mushroom that brightens potted plants or outdoor beds. Great for adding personality and sparkle to any space.

Ages 14+

Cheer on your team in glass. In this introductory 4-hour workshop, you’ll design and create a one-of-a-kind glass platter inspired by your favorite sports team. Under the guidance of a skilled instructor, learn to cut and assemble colorful sheet glass, frit (colored glass granules), and stringers (thin glass rods) to build your design.

Once your design is complete, we’ll fuse it in the kiln to create a platter perfect for serving your favorite game day food or displaying all season long.

Platters can be made in a variety of sizes including 7" x 12", 10" x 10", 8" x 8", or 9" round.

Celebrate your colors in molten form. In this introductory workshop, you’ll gather molten glass from the 2,100°F furnace and swirl in your black and gold colors. Then with a skilled instructor, you will shape twist, and sculpt it into stunning paperweights that shimmer with team pride.

 

This workshop is a fun introductory experience to hot glass sculpting. Each participant will make two glass paperweights, one rounded and one heart shaped, perfect for showing your team spirit every game day.

Create a luminous glass sphere that floats and delights. In this introductory workshop, you’ll gather molten glass from the 2,100°F furnace and add colors of your choice. Then guided by a skilled instructor, you will blow and shape it into fun and funky blown glass garden floats. This workshop is a fun introductory experience to glassblowing. Each participant will craft two garden floats, perfect to hang inside, display outside, or float in a pond or birdbath.
