Turn your next snack spread into a showstopper. In this introductory workshop, you’ll design and fuse your very own glass charcuterie board, perfect for cheese, crackers, and a conversation starter. Under the guidance of a skilled instructor, learn how to cut, design, and assemble colorful sheet glass, glass granules (frit), and thin glass rods (stringers) into bold designs. Once you design it, we’ll fuse it in the kiln. Charcuterie not included.

Guided by a skilled instructor, learn torch basics and add color, texture, and details to create functional art for wine, oils, or decorative display. PGC 173 Gather a little forest charm. In this introductory workshop, create delicate, colorful glass acorns using a 3,000°F torch. Guided by a skilled instructor, learn torch basics and explore shaping and texturing techniques to form smooth bodies and detailed caps. Add a loop to make it a pendant or keep it as a mini sculpture. Fun to make, beautiful to display, and perfect to keep or gift.

If you've ever wanted to try glassblowing, this is the workshop for you. This 5-hour workshop offers an introduction to the art of glassblowing. Designed for beginners, you will gain hands-on experience in the hot shop, and learn essential techniques for gathering, shaping, and manipulating molten glass straight from the 2,100°F furnace.

 

After learning to gather, you'll sculpt a paperweight and then progress to additional glassblowing techniques, enabling you to craft a variety of glass objects throughout the day.

 

Instructors provide step-by-step guidance to ensure a safe and productive learning experience.

 

Warning! Hot glass is immersive and captivating. Once you start working with it, you may not want to stop.

 

Note: Class includes a 30-minute lunch break. Lunch is not provided, but a refrigerator is available for student use.

Get started with stained glass. In this introductory workshop, you'll create a beautiful decorative suncatcher from a variety of provided patterns. Under the guidance of a skilled instructor, you'll learn basic stained glass techniques including glass cutting, copper foiling, and soldering. At the end of the workshop, you’ll take home a beautiful piece that brightens any space.

You bring the creativity, we’ll supply the glass. In this introductory workshop, you’ll personalize your own beer mug, wine goblet, or drinking glass while gaining hands-on experience with professional cold shop equipment. Work with a skilled artist and explore sandblasting, carving, etching, polishing, and dremeling to make your glass totally yours.
